2023: NGEST WWTP & Recovery Hybrid Energy Management System (undergoing)

In this project, we executed a comprehensive hybrid power SCADA integration, seamlessly connecting and managing multiple power sources, including solar panels, main utility power, a diesel generator, and a combined heat and power (CHP) system. The project was implemented across multiple sites, ensuring cohesive and efficient connectivity and integration.

To optimize the performance and reliability of the power infrastructure, we implemented an advanced Energy Management System (EMS). This EMS is designed to intelligently manage and prioritize the different power sources, ensuring optimal usage based on availability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Through this sophisticated integration, the system can dynamically switch between power sources, thereby enhancing energy reliability, sustainability, and overall operational efficiency.

This project highlights our expertise in delivering innovative and scalable energy solutions, contributing to a more resilient and sustainable power management system for our clients.

2023: Tireh WWTP Extension Power & Control process

The project included design, assemble and install a control panel, installed for the extension of a wastewater treatment plant, features an array of Siemens components including SIMATIC S7-1200 PLCs for advanced automation, SINAMICS V20 inverters, SITOP Power Supply Units for reliable power management, circuit breakers for circuit protection, and Ethernet switches for network communication. Additionally, it includes various relays and terminal blocks to facilitate efficient signal routing and electrical connections. This robust Siemens-based system enhances the operational efficiency and scalability of the wastewater treatment process.

Additionally, a remote connectivity 3G router was added to allow fast and safe connection to the site for the first year of operation.
